I would give zero star. the place is really dirty, and when i pointed this out the manager said they were too busy to clean but was standing around doing nothing. i took my 7lb schnoodle after telling him over the phone i needed to be with him and he said no problem. when i got there he picked up my puppy (no introduction or petting him or anything) and started walking away as i was still talking to him and my puppy was freaking out. (looking back i should have just walked out).
