Last week we had a problem with our land line not recording caller id. i went to your hinton office and explained our situation to marisa leboeuf. she suggested to disconnect the power source, remove the batteries and reinstall which we did and it went back to normal.. i wish to pass on my appreciation and thanks to marisa for her advice and also to express my gratitude for her friendliness and patience for my concerns. thank you marisa.
