Bought a new house may 2017. furnace control board failed in feb 2018. not covered by mfg warranty since furnace was mfg in oct 2009. see bbb for full story. garage door has now failed in oct 2018 due to poor installation. not covered by builder or new home warranty. i would not recommend this builder.
