Medical records i have in my possession not only showed i had signs of endometriosis which i was never told and finally had a hysterectomy 25 years later because of it but i also hold a copy of her call to social services that she lied to them causing my children to go into care for a year. i needed anxiety medication to help me deal with my family member being on life support. i did not fear i would hurt my children and i told her that (in report) but she took my trust in her and betrayed us. 👎
