Terrible customer service because he doesn"t listen!! he was pathetic at best with the measuring tape, had to repeatedly take the same measurement and got different numbers each time, also i had to point out some mistakes he was making, which he then said oops and fixed. then we told him when my husband would be in town (works away) to get fitted, we called multiple times to set up an apt and left 4 msgs, took him 5 days to return our calls and told us that we can't expect much during grad seaso
