Review for Recreation World Home &Amp; Billiard. If there's a more disappointing, corrupt, anger inducing store out there, i'd be surprised. this dude jay was running a ponzi scheme here, using billiards as a front. i'm sure of it. i marked this place as open, just so i could leave a review!! i have to get this out and off my chest. it'll be therapeutic they say. all the other negative reviews are true. myself, i waited on a promise and got sucked in like many others. i did recieve a table, 9 months later. it was cobbled together from reje
