This facility picked up my sister at her daughters home, sent only one person, her 26 year old granddaughter had to help lift her into the body bag. they left her in a freezer because they wanted $2500 upfront cremation, pushing my niece to go through ontario works instead of payment from family. we moved her and they charged us $1000 and did nothing for her
