Review for Value Village Canadian Head Office. Disappointed beyond words, don't shop at value village very often but went looking for summer tops. no change rooms so had to take a couple of tops home, not about to stand in the middle of a public store and try on. putting on over what you have on already doesn't work for a proper fit either. if your going to remove change rooms at least allow for a choice of exchange or full refunds.. greedy.. stuck with a loss of $20 and same day exchange only. you just lost my business for good 🙁
