This store of banana republic is not only where customer service ends but where harassing and threatening of the customer by the senior staff of the store begin! the rude and demeaning behavior of the staff in this store was a reminder that if we, as patrons to these stores do not insist on proper service, sooner than later we will treated as in the worst underdeveloped countries where customers' rights and respect is nothing but a far cry.
