Dave's concrete poured my 1200 sq. ft. garage floor. poured on friday, came back on saturday to do stress cuts. on sunday i noticed the floor was blistering and flaking at the surface. dave said he had never seen this before and assured me he would fix it. he said he would have it ground and epoxied or he would tear it out. to my surprise he tore it out and poured a new floor. two weeks later it blistered and flaked again. i called to have him look at it but he refused to help in any way.
