Patrick is a lovely polite and pleasant man. he has managed our mother’s tax return impeccably for years. our mother died in february 2019. patrick was given the mandate to do what is required for us to receive the certificat de décharge from impot canada. we know he was given the documents he asked for from the estate’s portfolio management. we are a number of years down the road from the beginnings. to this day we do not have what is needed for distribution. perhaps this is his first estate?
