You butchered the dogs grooming, cut him with your razors, and tried to physically remove an 80 year old woman from your store because she was unhappy the way her dog had been treated. you should be bloody well ashamed of yourself, and to call yourself a 'kennel' is an absolute joke. i wouldn't take a stuffed animal to your kennel, let alone a living creature. you then promised a refund, and the re-nagged, you people make me sick, how you stay in business is a miracle.
