One of the best customer service experiences to date. i’ve become use to low expectations when it comes to customer service. steven at the tbooth in burlington mall proved to an outstanding exception, and i do mean outstanding. he went well above and beyond my expectations. he put every effort in settling any outstanding issues involving the transfer of 2 cellphone accounts. he’s pleasant, knowledgeable & customer oriented. he’s an asset to his company & coworkers. thank you steven!
