Review for Rainbow Valley Therapeutic Childrens Residence. Rainbow valley starves children. locks them up in their rooms laughs at behaviours mocks the kids instead of helping them sends to the doctors and speaks for them. they call residents gay then don't allow them to be near each other. accuse them of beating up staff when they are not aggressive. drag them against the floor at school. bully residents. using the washroom is only at there discretion. water has to be asked for otherwise it's go to your room. getting caught with gum means 24hrs in room
