. worst shopping experience ever! not honest at all. the woman at the store air the balloons with helium but she did a poor job. she did not concentrate on doing this, instead she was answering phone calls and searched the aisles. we gave her nine balloons and she only gave back eight to us. i returned to her store and asked why. she said there are only eight there. i asked then how come you charged us for nine if you only got eight? then she quickly gave me one floating in the air...
