River Stone Surfaces

We are very disappointed in the product and the customer service we received. a few years ago we ordered a custom marble shower base. when it arrived, not all of the pieces were together so riverstone had to come install it. they created some additional 'make-shift' pieces in order to hold the base together, making several seams requiring caulking and pieces that were not exactly the same colour as the original base. over time, these colour differences are very visible, the base is not easy to keep clean with several edges, seams, chips and a slope that doesn't allow water to totally drain. we finally contacted riverstone to express our disappointment, especially based on the great cost we paid for this base, and were told there was nothing they could do, that our warranty had expired. we never received a copy of the warran
